this is it! ....

if you want to make it, you just need some inggredients, they are :
1. some claws
2. vegetable oil
3. rice flour
4. wheat flour
5. "racik" seasoning of tempe

how to make it?????
first, wash the claws, and then drain it. after that prepare the flour, you just mix some wheat flour and rice flour (you need wheat flour more than rice flour), then add some seasoning, stir it well. next, roll the claws into the dough. and then fry it with small fire untill it cook well. it's easy, right??

so can serve it with "Indonesian sauce" it's sambaaaal :9
